This system allows the change of a deteriorated signal case in as little as 4 hours without the need to disconnect electrical relays or circuits. This means Trains can travel freely on the affected tracks and Risk and expensive track slowdowns are significantly diminished. The system is a solution for all types of replacements, including:
- Conversion from single steel or aluminum damaged case to an aluminum case
- Conversion from a single case steel or aluminum to double high case to have more space for batteries and / or equipment
- conversion from a double case steel or aluminum damaged to a double case aluminum
- conversion from a single and / or double case to any size bungalows.
All conversions are done within 4 to 8 hours without disconnecting any wires or relays nor any disruption of service and are made from a highly corrosion resistant Aluminum Alloy (5052-H-32).
